Bala Development Partners has launched an initiative to bring end-users together with service providers that benefit from shared opportunities and collaboration. Partnering with experts in the hospitality, retail, legal and technology start-up industries, Bala is exploring opportunities to create new communities for small business owners and their customer base.  

Bala Development Partners has committed to developing a stand-alone co-working office operated and managed exclusively by Founders Bloc, Inc., a unique start-up operated by Benji Decker, former Global Community Director of WeWork and former digital strategy and business development manager at NBC Universal. Bala has also committed resources to developing Founders Bloc's proprietary software platform geared toward entrepreneurs and operators of co-working facilities.

Bala Real Estate Group closed several residential real estate transactions in the Greater New York City area in the past year, in each case representing the purchaser.  Because of its close relationships with investors and owner-occupants in the New York City market, with a special emphasis on Brownstone Brooklyn, Northern Brooklyn, and Western Queens, and the commercial experience of its principals in structuring complex transactions, Bala is in a unique position to advise both residential and commercial real estate developers in the Greater New York City area.
